RBCA's annual Halloween Carnival is a timeless tradition in the community. This event features traditional carnival games with prizes, inflatables, a haunted house, a raffle and food. As far as old-fashioned carnivals go, this one is truly exceptional and prices are family friendly. Children and parents are encouraged to wear costumes. Because parking is limited, please walk or carpool if possible.
Volunteer
Volunteers are needed for set up, to run booths, for clean up, to donate cakes for the cake walk and to donate raffle prizes.
