Building Community Together

Richmond Beach Community Association (RBCA) is actively working to make our community a great place to live. It keeps the community apprised of issues affecting Richmond Beach and events and activities through its award winning newspaper, website, Facebook, email blasts and monthly informational meetings. In addition, RBCA funds and produces community events, including the annual Strawberry Festival, Garden Tour, Sandcastle Contest, Food Truck Shoreline, Halloween Carnival, Turkey Day Fun Run and holiday festivities. RBCA also facilitates projects that enhance the beauty and/or livability of the neighborhood, such as the Orca Public Art Project. Your donation helps support all these valuable services RBCA provides for our community.

Other ways to support the good work RBCA does are:

Sponsor a Richmond Beach Community Association (RBCA) Event


RBCA invites you to sponsor our three most popular and biggest events: Strawberry Festival, Halloween Carnival and Turkey Day Fun Run. This is a great advertising opportunity for your business, giving you targeted promotion to people who live, work and play in your primary market. Residents love to patronize businesses that support their community! There are multiple levels of support—find the one that fits your budget and goals.

Strawberry Festival

Exclusive Platinum Sponsor (for the naming rights to the stage): UPDATE: The 2019 Platinum Sponsor Level is no longer available. $1000+
Gold Sponsor: $500-$999
Silver Sponsor: $250-$499
Bronze Sponsor: $100-$249

 

All Sponsors receive:

  • Acknowledgment in the Richmond Beach Community News, a community newspaper that reaches approximately 5,000 readers
  • Your name or logo and live link on event web page
  • Recognition from the stage during the event
  • Name on sponsor thank you posters displayed at the Festival

Deadline: March 15
Recognition includes sponsor level

Gold and Platinum Sponsors are invited to set up an informational canopy in a reserved 10 x 10 area at the event. Please complete the Sponsor Registration Form to reserve your space and email it to the Executive Director at execdirector@richmondbeachwa.org. Any booth fees for equipment requested by you may be paid online with your sponsorship fee or added to the amount of your check and mailed (see payment instructions on the form).

The Platinum Sponsor receive all items listed above plus their name on the stage including the name being incorporated into all announcements at the event.

Strawberry Festival Food Vendors will need to complete the Food Vendor Registration Form to reserve your space and email it to the Executive Director at execdirector@richmondbeachwa.org. The $250 food vendor fee may be paid online or by check and mailed (see payment instructions on the form).

Halloween Carnival
