Tuesday, August 2, 2011, 6:00 p.m. to dusk
Richmond Beach Community Park, 2201 NW 197th Street
Across the country, citizens "take back the night" on the first Tuesday in August and show solidarity with their neighbors with events that build community and help crime prevention efforts. Join your neighbors and the Richmond Beach Community Association for its annual barbecue featuring music, hot dogs and beverages (compliments of Whidbey Island Bank) and kid activities (provided by Lee's Martial Arts Academy). Meet representatives from RBCA, City of Shoreline, Shoreline City Council, Shoreline Police Department and Shoreline Fire Department. Event is free.
Sponsored by Richmond Beach Community Association
