Food

A variety of scrumptious delights will be offered by local restaurants and food trucks.

And, of course, it wouldn’t be a Strawberry Festival without traditional Strawberry Shortcake served up by RBCA (freshly baked shortcake from Edmonds Bakery and fresh, juicy strawberries smothered in creamy whip cream–yum!).

Richmond Beach Celebration

  2. Delight in–and perhaps purchase--the handcrafted items including jewelry, textiles, ceramics, photography and original art at the Arts and Crafts Sale!
  3. Check out cars of yesteryear at the Car Show!
  4. Explore plants in the unique, naturalistic Kruckeberg Botanic Garden!

Please visit our Richmond Beach Celebration page for more details about these events.

Please VOLUNTEER!

The Strawberry Festival is an annual tradition for many families. It takes a small army of adult and youth volunteers to make it run smoothly. This year we are already looking for two key people to help with the festival. The current student volunteer coordinator, Allison Taylor, is looking for help. She has been overseeing the student volunteers for many years and this year is seeking help managing on the actual day of the festival, overseeing the students as they run the carnival-style games.. The food vendor coordinaor is also in need of assistance. Jenni Gallagher has a step-by-step instructions. Please consider volunteering to make sure our strawberry shortcakes, an event highlight, stay a sweet treat.
