A Richmond Beach Tradition... The Annual halloween Carnival!

The Richmond Beach Halloween Carnival at Syre Elementary will be on October 28, from 3-7 PM for general attendees, but opening early (soft start) at 2 PM for people who may have special needs that may make navigating a crowd tricky or uncomfortable.

Ticket sales are available online! 

You have the option to donate $5 worth of tickets to Syre students eligible for financial aid - simply select it as an add-on to your own ticket pre-purchase.
