Strawberry Festival

RBCA Strawberry Festival
Saturday June 7th 11a-4p (10:45a Children's Parade)

Richmond Beach Community Park - 2201 NW 197th Street, Shoreline, 98177Strawberry Festival activities include live music, parade, children’s activities, face painting, food trucks and of course delicious strawberry shortcake! Come join in the fun and meet up with friends, make new friends and celebrate a great neighborhood event - bring chairs, picnic blankets and sunscreen!

Parade
Help us kick off the start of the festival by participating in the Strawberry Festival Community Parade!  Start planning your costume and props for this year's theme, Under the Sea!  All ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this community parade. Arrive at 10:30, parade begins at 10:45.

Food Trucks
Be sure to come hungry because you’ll have plenty of food options. RBCA’s food booth will be offering delicious strawberry shortcake, cookies and lemonade! Grab a street taco from Isidro’s, an espresso from Vulpine, pizza from Oskar’s, or an authentic po’boy from Where Ya At Matt.

Music
Come check out Portage Bay Big Band,  featuring Lyle Ronglien.  They are the PNW's #1 jazz big band, headquartered in Richmond Beach, doing rockabilly rave-ups of American Songbook classics! Commander Mojo, the wildly popular horn rock band, is returning to Strawfest by overwhelming demand. Blackjack Kerouac will also be playing,  they are a longtime Richmond Beach neighborhood classic rock band, making its first-ever Strawfest appearance.
