Allison Taylor
Allison moved to Richmond Beach in 2011 with her two sons (then 11 and 15), husband Tom, and 2 dogs and immediately fell in love with the community. She's been the ad manager for the RBCN for longer than she can remember and has also served as the volunteer coordinator for both the Strawberry Festival and the Halloween Carnival. Professionally, she served the City of Shoreline as Deputy City Clerk for three years, but recently returned to the private sector supporting the Health/Safety operations at an independent school in Shoreline. When she's not busy with family, work, or RCBA activities, she costumes for school plays. Her early professional life was as a stage actor, and she attended Boston University prior to completing her bachelor's in business administration in 2017.

Alicia Schroder
Alicia joined the RBCA Board in 2020. Alicia has been living in Richmond Beach since 2012 and has fallen in love with the neighborhood and community. Alicia has worked in public service since 2005 and is currently a Program Manager/Supervisor in the Federal Government. When not running around with her two young daughters she enjoys traveling, painting, sewing, tinkering in the garden and every fall making elaborate Halloween costumes mostly from felt and hot glue. Alicia and her fiancé Tim have a “Rock and Roll Bucket List” which they are actively working on checking off acts before they stop touring. Alicia has a Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (clinical pathology) with a minor in Criminal Justice form the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree in Strategic Planning for Critical Infrastructure from the University of Washington.

Chris Drake
Chris and his wife, Gina, discovered Richmond Beach in 2013 when searching for a safe, friendly, and active community to raise their family. As northwest natives, the Drake family enjoys everything Richmond Beach has to offer...from chasing kids around our local parks, combing the beach for treasures, and attending local community events with friends and neighbors. Chris is a media technology executive for Verizon and when not traveling to Los Angeles for work, can be often be found taking conference calls from the shores of Richmond Beach with his oversized Sheepadoodle, Finnegan. Chris is a proud graduate of Washington State University. Go Cougs!

Patrick McNulty
Patrick joined the RBCA Board in 2021 and has been living in Richmond Beach since 2017. He and his wife, Meredith, fell in love with Richmond Beach after several visits to Saltwater park and the annual Strawberry Festival. Their two children attend St. Luke School and love trips to Kayu Kayu Ac Park & Kruckeberg Botanic Garden. Patrick obtained a BSBA in marketing from John Carroll University, an International Business Concentration from Bond University in Australia, and an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His professional career involves Go-To-Market leadership of sales, marketing, success, and revenue operations functions for B2B SaaS companies. For fun Patrick likes to cycle with his kiddos, garden, work on home projects, cook, and travel. His interests in the community involve family activity, community activation, local business support, and public works projects.

Kathryn Mueller
Kathryn has been living in Richmond Beach since 2015. Kathryn and her husband, Kevin, fell in love with the sweeping views and warm community atmosphere. They have three small children who all enjoy throwing rocks at the beach, playing on numerous community playgrounds and ordering hot cocoa to go from the local coffee shops. Kathryn obtained her master’s degree from Washington State University in strategic communication. She works at Seattle Children’s Hospital as a senior public relations specialist. Her expertise is in healthcare communications, and she has been at Seattle Children’s for nearly nine years. She is also a co-owner of Virtue Cellars Winery. In her free time, she runs the winery’s website and social media channels. Virtue Cellars is a family owned and operated winery located in Richmond Beach. When Kathryn is not wrangling her children, she enjoys reading, writing and playing soccer. She is passionate about healthcare, social good and enjoys making charcuterie boards.
